At 554 Green St we decided to have dinner at home everyday – it changed our lives at Cambridge. It was like a ritual. Not only did it bring order to our otherwise random and nocturnal life, it also made us realize how big a foodie we were – Lets put it this way – Our bong-ness bloomed finally :p and we were amidst “shorshey eelish”, “chicken cutlets”, “payesh” all the goodies we were born to live on. If I weren’t doing my all this research and all in school – I would gladly be a chef. That would have definitely made my father happy.

But anyways, at 554 we constantly experiment with recipes – at times out of the scarcity of things in the fridge, at times out of curiosity – and happily we would end up with quite interesting “accidents” - and we thought document it for ourselves and share it with the rest - specially to those who would like it spicy. Yes, we have a fondness towards Green Chilis…this is a tribute to it :) Thanks for visiting.
