Chicken cutlets are yummiest, perfectest appetizers ever – a good start to the evening :) .

We  (C and I), in our “hangla“-est best at so much, so quickly that before we knew we were dashing full with these fries -had to shelve the soup we made to go with it (the less we talk about this soup the better – we named it ‘chup’! hehe).

Personally I like tartar sauce with it.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Fillets
  • Lemon
  • Garlic
  • Pepper
  • Green Chilli
  • Parsley
  • Eggs (beaten)
  • Bread crumbs

Method:

#1. Marinade Chicken Fillets in Lemon, Garlic, Pepper, Green chili (course paste).

#2. Make a onion paste and string out the juice – Soak the fillets in it.

#3. Sprinkle parsley on top

#4. Dip the fillet in whisked egg

#5. Cover the fillet with bread crumbs (add a bit of cornflakes to make it crispy).

#6. Deep Fry till brown
