Ingredients:

  • Chicken marinated with yoghurt, garlic and ginger paste for 1 day
  • Coriander/ Cilantro
  • Potato
  • Onion
  • Broccoli
  • Salt and green chilli to taste

Methods:

1. Make  a paste of coriander + garlic +green chili +  salt  in mixer

2. On an aluminium foil tray – arrange a few onion rings,  few broccoli, sliced potato

3. Add the marinated chicken (best if its chicken legs) and pour the coriander paste

4. Also some coriander leaves and green chili could be added

5. Completely seal it and bake in 300 degrees for 2 hours

6. Open the lid and broil it for 15 minutes

7. Serve it hot and could be taken plain or with toasted bread
