		<description><![CDATA[We were out of &#8217;stuff&#8217; so Chandrani made this as a makeshift dinner one night&#8230;but totally floored me &#8211; its simple and gorgeous.  Goes well with nice soft roti, a chunk of onion and green chilis.
Ingredients 

Black moong daal (2 cups),
 fenugreek,
onion (1), garlic (4), ginger, Tomato (1 small)green chili,
cilantro,
white oil,
 2 eggs
